Does anyone know why I'm not abe to register this TV on My Products? The 43 shows up, but not the 49.

I received info today that this has been done. I have checked to see if your model number has been added - it is.

I see that the KD-49XE8005 is listed but no the XE8004 - I am going to escalate this thread to Sony Support for them to liase with whom-ever can add this product model to the list. Will get back to you when its done.

I gave Sony Support a nudge on this today after checking to see if it had been resolved. Unfortunately it hasnt. I received the following message back though.
"I have escalated this to the appropriate department and they have advised that the issue has been registered. I am awaiting an update that is has been fixed, although I cannot verify this personally. An update will be sent if I get confirmation that the matter is resolved."
Thats as much as I know im afraid.

Slight problem, as you said the TV is now listed but I can't register it. It keeps coming up with this...
Still can't register it.
