The remote jumps 3 items up and down on the sky menu when u press remote once. Done factory reset and to says it's up to date . How can it be fixed ta

Can you tell me what firmware version your TV is on please - as this problem was resolved previously.

Hi there

Thanks for that.  I have reported this to Sony, as from the description it appears that an old bug that was previously resolved has been re-introduced in the marshmallow update that was released on the 27th September.
