When Exporting the footage from my Sony A7IV it comes out as 1280 x 720

Hello All

I am got recently the A7IV , and I am testing out the 4k 24fps and 60fps, and when I am getting out the SD card and putting it on my laptop and looking into in it shows just 1280 x 720 . I am filming in Slog 3  at 100 bit and I am wondering why that is. The interesting thing here is that i put the SD card straight into the laptop (TOUGH V60) but I can only find the footage in PRIVATE > M4ROOT > SUB and I get it from there. Where it is already at those specs. I wonder if it is how its being recorded or maybe I am missing out. I looked into the folder into the SD card DCIM and then into 100MSDCF but there is nothing there it is just empty.

Hi @Piercarlo,

the 720p file is the proxy file to the high res file.

The high res file is definetly there on the card, though I can't tell you the folder by hearth, as I usually import with PlayMemories Home, which shows the media files no matter which folder they are in.

If you deactivate proxy recording, you will not have this issue in the future.
