Lens cashback web page not working?

Can anyone help with the £100 lens cashback page not working? Every time I try to load my claim the Sony page crashes and stops me starting the claim.

Any help with this would be great. Thanks

Try another Browser, Chrome not work, Firefox for exemple...

I have tried browsers in Mac and Windows and cannot get it working. I have been in contact with Sony Support who have been spectacularly unhelpful. Can someone confirm the combination that actually works? Which OS and which browser?

Which OS? I can't get it working on Chrome, Edge or Safari on MacOS or Edge on Windows.

Chrome and Firefox working for me as well on Win 10.
