Hi all, i've tried different browsers and all failed, i'm receiving an error
after i fill everything out, seems like it is some internal error but it is frustrating
I already was trying the last couple of days and i svem got errors when i was filling out a form
To send a request to Sony!!!

Hello @Ramy-ib, try to clear cache and data of your browser as well, that usually works, if you're using a phone test on a PC/Laptop and at the end make sure that you're entering all of your data correct.
I'm a software engineer i've tried all what you mentioned nothing worked, i had to contact support and after few days of going back and forth we came to a conclusion that the error is from my account itself and they need to re-create my account in order to make this work again.
