I got a confirmation early January that my cashback claim was accepted and that I should expect to receive the funds within 28 days, however, that was... more than 28 days ago. Croatian market.
I was wondering who I can contact? This is a serious inconvenience for me.

Sorry to learn that buddy, it's not the first time seeing that type of complaint through the community, but yea you need to contact Sony support directly to check the status on your claim and if there's a reason for the delay.
