A7iii Manual Review Button

Does anyone know why the manual review button on my A7iii has stopped working. Setting the camera on auto review works perfectly, but today the manual review stopped working. It has been suggested that re-setting the camera to the factory settings may work, but before I do that, I thought that I would ask if anybody else had had the same problem.

You might wanna try the basics before resetting it to the factory settings as it can be annoying to set the device up from the beginning as well you will have to back up your data on it just to be safe.

The basics as in removing the battery/memory cards and making sure that the software version on it is up to date.
