Hi Guys,
I've had the Xperia 5 for 3 days now but haven't been able to use the internet while making calls. I also can't see the Sync toggle in quick settings.
Please can anyone help. Much appreciated.
Are you using a social media app and it's the only one not allowing internet calls? Also which Sync toggle do you mean, the one for automatic backups?

Thanks so much for getting in touch. What I meant is that I can't seem to use the phone's internet while making a call. Its not a network-related problem because, I could use the same sim card with my Samsung Note 10 and still have the VOLTE capability. I can't seem to be able to activate VOLTE in my Xperia 5?
About sync, I meant that I don't have the sync button icon in the quick settings. Normally, it comes in Android phones whereby it can be turned on or off by pressing it.
I also would like to install a different font. I was surprised that Sony doesn't make different fonts to be available. I might have to root to be able to install fonts but rooting will ofcourse, void my warranty.

If you haven't bough the phone directly from the operator, it mostly wouldn't have the software to have WiFi calling. which would also explain not finding the toggle to enable it.
About the font, before thinking of rooting the device maybe give those theme apps on Play Store a try, you could just find one that's good enough.

Contact your provider about Volte, your device is able, ask them if they are.
Not just themes, launchers have the ability to change fonts as well.
