Hi,i bought Xperia 5, 2 weeks ago ,i have a problem with touch screen, it's over sensitive , for example when i am playing pubg , when i hold my finger on the screen , the crosshair keeps shaking , it's very annoying, although i play pubg on other phones and the crosshair is stable strongly , please help me

Hi, you can check the touchscreen test in the Support app to see if it's healthy.

I tried everything you can imagine , and the test went very good , but I still have the shaking icon or crosshair when I hold my finger on the screen

hmm you need to eliminate the possibilities of it being externals, remove the SD card and check the performance, you can also give safe mode a go, which basically only leaves the original software on the phone running with the preinstalled apps, which gives you limited usage, but you can still check if the issue remains, which would then mean it's phone.

You can turn safe mode on from the restart menu, press and hold on the power off, then press ok, to restart in safe mode. give it a run.

Believe me that I have tried everything,safe mode , factory reset,apps for calibration , pointer speed , hopd& delay , even until now keep looking for solutions on Google and XDA , but nothing helps so far , I just wonder how no one complains about this problem in Xperia 5 , it's very clear problem of touch sampling rate , I started to be hopeless to find a solution 😭😭

Actually this is the only thing i haven't tried yet , i don't think it will change a thing , but i ll try anyway and let you know the results , thank you
