Inconsistent performance

Hi all,

During the last 2 weeks I'm having some issues regarding the preformance of my xperia 5 (android 10).

Randomly, When trying to engage the whatsapp from my lockscreen, after inserting the pin code/fingerprint,  the device is freezing for about 5 - 10 seconds before the whatsapp is loaded.

This is also happens when I'm transfering picture/video from the photos app of Google to a whatsapp message.

I reinstalled the operating system (via the computre and by restarting the device) and the whatsapp, but it didn't help.

How can I fix this issue? and again this issue happens randomly.

hello @Tomersonn 

have you got the latest firmware installed? try to update via Xperia Companion intead of in-device.

can try to boot to safe mode (long press power key) does the problems present when you are in safe mode? if yes it might be one of the installed apps that might be causing the problem
