Recently upgraded about 2 hrs ago 

No service restart phone I have service now. 

Ringtones can not select your own and missing stock ringtones

Incoming call / receiving text (SMS)   vibrate function is very light can not feel the vibrations

Anyone noticed an increased in standby battery drain overnight with this new update? Used to lose 3-5% overnight but am now losing 10+%.

People with Factory reset in Germany have better Battery Life now. You should Reset Your Device like You should always after Update. Typical Android thing

try to perform a simple restart 

or try to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion , make sure you have backed important data.
