Camera problem while using Google Translate

When I want to use the camera in the Google Translate app, it can not focus and continueasly twinkles!

The camera works perfectly in other apps, but the google translate app has this problem.

I believe that's a Google Translate app issue and can be solved by changing to Camera1 in Google Translate settings.
