Sony Support (or lack of it).

Hi....  just bought an Xperia 10 iii phone and went to get my bootloader unlock code off the Sony web site. Put my IMEI number into the box as requested and was refused a code due to "Unknown Reason".  Poked around the site for some time unable to find an email address that might result in an explanation but surprised to find there wasn't one.  I need to unlock the bootloader so I can flash the phone with iode android OS so as to remove all the Screwgle spyware off of it. When I ungoogled my old Sony XA2 all I had to do was unlock the bootloader on the systems menu and flash the ROM. 

Does anyone have an email address for Sony Xperia customer services, customer support or tech' support?.....  or anyone else within the organisation that could assist or at least confirm that Sony has indeed sold its soul to the virus commonly referred to as GSS. (Google Systems Services).

Just tried it again only this time I used my partners Windows tablet and then as if by magic the "Unknown Reason" problem was resolved. All my PC devices have Linux OS and this tells me a lot about Sony.

FOSS is the future get used to it!
