Hi there I am trying to import my products from my sony into my support by Sony app and it won't connect me, when I get to input my password its says password error which it's the right one. I've forced stopped, cleared cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled it and still nothing.

Chrome is set to my default browser as I only use chrome and it's still not working. I keep getting the loading circle and it doesn't dissappear. When I "force" to put in my username and password the loading circle is still there and on the app it says the login information is wrong. I think it needs another update to fix this bug.
seems like it could be a website issue relating your credentials, you may need to contact Sony for this.
It won't give a pertinent answer at most telling that data have been erased. Tried before also. Outsider again?! Where to complain? Japan?
The Sony Support App is still out. Just getting a bit infuriating.
You can try to do a 2 min force restart, if it's still the same try to do a factory data reset but make sure to backup your data first because it will erase everything on the phone.
