Hi there I am trying to import my products from my sony into my support by Sony app and it won't connect me, when I get to input my password its says password error which it's the right one. I've forced stopped, cleared cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled it and still nothing.

As I understand you have a new Xperia 10 and you're trying to import the settings from your old device.
If that is the case then open your old device, check if all Google backup settings are set right and then setup your Google account on Xperia 10. Everything should roll automagic. (including pictures if you have instructed Google to do so) Here's the Google backup page.
Just WhatsApp needs a backup from within the app before jumping to the new device.
If your situation is different then let us know.
It's not exporting settings and my xperia is over a year old I also know about importing settings back to my phone from a clean install.
It's the Sony Support App I'm talking about where you can import your "my sony" (products) into it.

Dearest user, sadly, it seems that in this site *of care* few great incompetents that hove no clue what using devices and recovering old settings. No issues will be solve anyways. I quit dealing with them still writing maybe who knows I will share on other sites these links. About this issue my data was deleted.
Sad news for die hard fans: Sony have a great bad problem and pretends that it's not!
I recommend that you use Google Cloud Services to back up your data instead, it is more effective and all the data can be backed up.
It's nothing to do with importing my data from the cloud to my phone. I want to import all my products tied to my sony account into the support app. Please read it a bit more carefully. I am a professional IT user and have zero issue with backing up and restoring my data once a clean install has been taken place. I find Sony are second to none in this regard their backup and restore system is brilliant and I haven't lost any data. Its the Sony Support App where your products are listed and get messages for them.
It's not device settings I'm importing once again it's the devices I've registered on my sony that I wish to import into the sony support app. This one
Have you tried what is suggested in a few of the product reviews, and set Chrome as the default browser, on the phone, and use that, as people who seem to have had success, add Chrome as the default browser.!
@RottenFoxBreath thanks so much for the reply. It makes sense to try that. I am looking at the support app and I cannot chose Chrome as default browser plus its not showing up in the Apps Default list in the phones settings. I don't know what else to do.
There are steps elaborated in the Google help pages, for setting Chrome as default browser in all devices, check it.
