How can I personalize my Xperia 10?

Подскажите кто знает, где персонализация в Xperia 10, темы оформления, значки приложений. Не имею ввиду доп лончеров, а родные варианты как раньше было у Сони. Или от этого отказались? 

Tell me who knows where to personalize in Xperia 10, themes, app icons. I do not mean additional launchers, but the native options as before were with Sony. Or was it abandoned?

As you can read here on the FAQ, the native theme is no more supported by Sony on phone XZ3 and products released thereafter.
