I'm having a nightmare.
I use Monzo for my banking. Last year when I got my new Xperia 10 V I had problems identifying my identity on the app as the camer refused to work in the app, even though all permissions were given. Monzo sorted it and said the "issue had been rectified" so I wouldn't have the problem again.
Yesterday I was asked to confirm my identdity again as I was making a large payment, and it didn't work again. I ended up finding an old Samsung phone, installing the app and confirming that way to be able to send money.
They've been trying to sort it since for me and have got nowhere, its been escalated AGAIN to their higher IT department.
But when I was going through the Monxp support I found loads of people with Xperia phones having the same issue. So is the issue with our phones or Monzo? And has anyone managed to get the camera to worl with the app
No, its really weird. Only that app, all fine on everything else. I've checked all permissions have been given. I've tried clearing caches, uninstalling and reinstalling. But on the Monzo user group there's quite a few people with Xperias having the same issue, bu noone updates if its been sorted. My old XZ1 never had a problem, just this 10 V. Monzo assured me it was sorted last year, now its not, and guess what, I can't access my money until they've sorted it - 1 week now
