Xperia 1 camera autofocus

Does anyone else have have issues with the autofocus with there camera or do I have a faulty camera? I have had the phone for around 4 months but can't seem to get a sharp picture from the camera. Most pictures are out of focus, it struggles to scan QR codes. I have tried resetting the camera in the Sony pro app but still the same.

Try to always keep the lens clean, and the cover you put the camera in does not touch the ground when the phone is on the ground, the Xperia One takes amazing photos, especially macros.I will give you the settings of my phone, see if the problem is solved, let me know. I know Xperia One perfectly

Xperia One does not show auto focus on the screen, try to take pictures without hand shake, tell me if it doesn't work again, One has the best camera.
