I have already encountered this problem twice and lately i have observed that the battery is draining fast unlike before,
that is why i am making this post. Lately after i left my phone for a while and pick it up again to use, i got this message from the notifications bar (with a battery symbol) saying that " downnload music info is preventing stamina mode..." i cannot read the whole message since if i touch the message it will go away and direct me to battery usage page. Is this normal for consuming alot of battery? I have been using "download music info" on the music player once. I did restart my phone and it was still there.

How did u "download music info"? Are you doing it in the player (while the song is playing) or in the playlist, album, etc.
If you initiate it from the player while the song is playing, then it should only retrieve info for that song. If that is the case, then there's issues with your Walkman and you will need to repair it.
But if you initiate from the playlist, album or anywhere from "My music", then it will download music infor for every single songs. So if you have 1,000 songs on your mobile, it will try to download all those msic info for all 1,000 songs. And it will contnue until this process is completed.

You will need to repair your phone OS. In another words, all data will be lost. But it will reinstall everything else and it should fix your problem. So save everything you have on your internal SD. Follow Sam's instruction to proceed with repairing your OS.

It happens but rarely. You can always force close a process manually. Repairing will solve the problem as well. As I said it rarely happens even if you repair. So you can just close the process manually.
