Hearing a lot about a common camera fault on the XZ.Mine failed so I sent it in for repair. Have been told the warranty won'tcover due to damage to the handset. They sent a picture which was clearly not of my phone. They have since returned the phone with remarkably no damage visible as per their image. The camera still not working. Extraordinary lengths by Sony to cover up this problem and avoid fixing it. £500+ wasted on this camera. Sony customer service experience has been appalling.
