Volume output on Sony Xperia xz

Hi, I have just gotten this Sony experia XZ 2 weeks ago. After reading numerous reviews saying it was really good, I decided to get it. After using it for 2 weeks, I have come across many problems.

1) The volume output is pathetic compared to other devices such as iPhone 6 plus, iPhone 6, Oppo r7f, Samsung Galaxy s6 and even iPod touch 4. I have tested with 5 sets of headphones and all produce very little volume on the XZ compared to the other phones( I also used the earphones provided by Sony ).

2) Ram issue: At any given time 2.8 gb of the provided 3 gb is used up this preventing any proper function of any ram requiring program. Android system uses 2.1+ gb of ram.

3) Camera: The camera was said to be great and was the main selling point of the phone. However I am unable to take any great looking photos as all the photos appear very grainy and not at all clear. Compared to the other cameras if the iPhone 7 plus or the Samsung Galaxy S7+, it fits not stand a chance.

I have read online that may problems are caused by software limitations. I am very dissatisfied in this phone and hope Sony can be able to fix these problems as many people are complaining about them.

+1 for this, I am truely gutted with the sound quality on the XZ, I have sent Sony an email asking if there is any software that can even out the massive differences in volume from one track to the next, like there was with my Sony MP3 player, weeks have past without so much as an acknowledgement, pathetic level of service.

My new £80 headphones are Sony too, but theres no improvement.

I have had some improvement by using the Poweramp App and have noticed better sound quality with Spotify, but I dont want to pay £10 per month for music I already own and which sounds fantastic on a 10 year old sony mp3 player, but not on Sonys flagship phone.

Seriously looking at trading in for an iphone or even just an ipod.

Even I have emailed Sony about it and have received no reply. I wish Sony would take its customers more seriously. The biggest selling point of this phone was it's camera and I have been seriously disappointed by it. The UI is amazing and the gameplay I get is also good. Wish Sony can fix the volume bug and ram bug. This phone will be byfar superior to those released before it only if Sony could do something about these bugs. Also any Sony personell wishing to reply to this, do not ask us " have you checked if your volume is full" or " press the buttons on the side of the phone to increase volume" please take this matter seriously as many people have this problem.
