sony xperia XZs grey line on screen

I am sorry to see you have an issue with your XZs. It looks to be a physical problem. Do you see the line in every app you use?

I would recommend you contact yoru Local support team for assistance with this.

 yup.. i see the line when use other then white backround. for example when i using facebook application, i  see the line at blue part.

@TokHassan2017, hi, I notice you are using a screen protector. does the line show up when you remove it? have you tried to run xperia diagnostics ? settings>about phone

or boot to safe mode

nolramlb the line show up before im using a screen protector. i run xperia diagnostic and the result all pass. im already do reset to factory, boot to safe mode and done the latest system update but the line still show up.
