The Sony music player app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sonyericsson.music) isn't finding things I've bought and downloaded from Amazon Music.
In the settings on the Amazon Music app it is set to download to my SD card, on which there's still a very large amount of space, and I've tapped 'download' next to the required albums, but the Sony music player app won't find them?
Weirdly though, the albums in question were bought at various intervals over the last few years, during which time I've bought other things through the Amazon Music app which are showing up in the Sony app and playing as normal in the Sony app, where I begrudgingly prefer to play all my music (I say begrudgingly as they always ignore contact for help and still haven't added the function to sort a playlist by alphabetical order of track/artist name).
So unless I've got something glaringly obviously wrong, and I'm very happy to stand corrected, I'm reasonably confident that the problem lies with the Sony music player app as the Amazon Music app still shows the function to download purchases as well as the option of picking storage location in settings.
Anyone got any ideas of how I can get the Sony music player app to find and play all content I've bought and supposedly downloaded from the Amazon Music app?
I mean, maybe they're copyright protected? Might be the reason!
