Sim card issue

Mine is dual sim type and I installed my sim card on sim 1 and the other for sd card. The sd card got recognize but not the sim card. I tried to move the sim card to sim 2 and it work perfectly.

Is there any solution to this? 

I still want my sd card include

Mine works normally with SD card inserted. Can you remove the SD card and try the SIM card alone on position 1?
