Screen wakes up

I have problem with waking up. My screen on XZ2 often wakes up but no notification, nothing. No matter where is the phone, in pocket, on the table... Can someone help me?

Most likely this is a 3rd party app acting up.

Start troubleshooting by restarting your phone into safe mode, this will disable all installed 3rd party apps. If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.

I'll keep looking. I don't have any new apps recently but maybe there is some bad app update. So still looking.
