Ringing volume far too low

When setting up my new XZ1c I realised all ringing tones are far too low, althoug the volume is on max.

This has to be corrected pretty soon!

J'ai des problèmes avec les sonneries de mon xperia xz1. La sonnerie est tellement faible que je n'e'te'fs pas les appels qui arrive sur on téléphone  Les réglage sont bons. Lorsque j'éteins mon téléphone il remarche normalement aïs au bout de quelques temps le problème recommence

I have problems with the ringtones of my xperia xz1. The ringing tone is so weak that I do not call the incoming calls on the phone The settings are good. When I turn off my phone it is normal to walk again after a while the problem starts again

Please post your subject in English as this is an English based forum and for everybody can help you. 

Try restarting your phone in Safe Mode and use it for some time to see if same thing happens.
