Platinum XZ rev 2.0 Video playback (movies,games) stutters with EVERY rom??? HELP!!

Good day.
I have serious problem. The phone works perfectly otherwise, except i cant playback movies. they all stutter. I mean i had Xperia X before with SD650, and every single movie works flawlessy smooth, its like grafic proccesor has trouble rendering video. I tried everything. Hardware acceleration, software, force Gpu rendering all.
I flashed stock rom Marshmallow and two other marshmallow roms, tried all Nougat versions too. Same thing everywhere. I used MX player, custom ac3 codec , Bs player, VLC, all programs, i know all, i watch movies forever. first time i have trouble with playback.

Is it software problem, do i have too wait for final Nougat update 7.1.1 or is it my unit defection. Anywone else has this problem?

and please others who dont have this playback issue please  can u  post here your revision of your XZ.

since  no users reporting this playback lag, i guess this is a hardware bug, something t do with  ram or any other part of the hardware, since phone has troubles playing smooth  frames.

i just record for about 7 seconds 60fps 4K and its plays very smooth - but movies does NOT, how about this?

I think it's something that may need looking at by your local support tbh.
I've tried replicating with loads of different 264 and 265 files and the only time I got any stutter was with mx player at the beginning of a video, changing to SW rendering fixed it immediately and the file bitrate was huge compared with the usual movie rips.

here i uploaded whole movie clip. I coudnt split it without encoding, so this is exacly same file: DELETED
it plays smooth on m2 aqua, x compact, x, j5 and all other phones i tested with. no matter the player. but XZ simply dont plays smooth.

so goooo test it, and post your findings.....

Android 7.1.1 is just came out. Can u guys please confirm if kernel has been updated or modified too solve this playback issue. Try new update with the file i posted in one of the previous posts. Im asking this beacose since  i returned the device and refund, but If this was software issue it should be repaired by now in this update. If so, ill buy xz once again. So i need information. Thank u

Stuttering video or not, illegal file sharing on the forum, even if for diagnostic reasons, is not allowed.

If you can find a video free from piracy laws I'd be happy to compare on my XZ model.

Hi, 

I have VLC player, by default, the Hardware Acceleration is set to Auto Mode(decoding).

In Auto some videos are fine and if I experience any stutters I switch to "Disabled" Mode(software decoding). 

In software decoding, i have not faced any issues.

i tested 7.1.1 on XZ device in the shop today. Problem with micro stuttering still exists. Sony why you didnt repair kernel or guvernor or whatever the problem is. So Samsung s8 wich comes out in my country on friday, plays ALL movies smooth, so this time im buying it day after tommorow. So guess what Sony, after so many years since z1 release, im moving away from your brand for the moment (XZ premium is not interesting.

Buying Samsung S8  on Friday. Already ordered it. To bad,  cause i  really liked Xz otherwise.
