Platinum XZ rev 2.0 Video playback (movies,games) stutters with EVERY rom??? HELP!!

Good day.
I have serious problem. The phone works perfectly otherwise, except i cant playback movies. they all stutter. I mean i had Xperia X before with SD650, and every single movie works flawlessy smooth, its like grafic proccesor has trouble rendering video. I tried everything. Hardware acceleration, software, force Gpu rendering all.
I flashed stock rom Marshmallow and two other marshmallow roms, tried all Nougat versions too. Same thing everywhere. I used MX player, custom ac3 codec , Bs player, VLC, all programs, i know all, i watch movies forever. first time i have trouble with playback.

Is it software problem, do i have too wait for final Nougat update 7.1.1 or is it my unit defection. Anywone else has this problem?

Why isnt anybody from Sony getting me answer. Tweo stores with  two  XZ,s with  same firmware as mine (either marshmallow or nougat) wich i  tested,  were same problematic playback  with  stuttering.

Is the whole serie that is broken. Do i have defected device?

I purcased it 7 days ago, can please someone from Sony confirm that its hardware releated problem with  certain  series production? 

I need help before  i  send this too  servis....

No, its not like not-notisable. the salesmen in  that mobi  store  i  was yesterday he saw it from  1 meter away. He coudnt believe it that his unit does this also. He updated the system  afterwards  and  and called me at evening last night  too tell me that update didnt help either, that it still  skipps frames , picture framerate skippint stuttering.....question is , is it unit fault, or software.... thats all im asking. Maybe most xz users didnt mentoned that playback problem, cause they think its normal, but its wayyy not!

@Dreadish I don't own an XZ but I have a question for you, where those videos are stored? Internal storage or SD card? I suppose you store them in the SD card, did you try to watch the video, from the same SD card but with a different phone? Is the content of your SD card encrypted? What kind/class of SD card is? 

The only stuttering affecting video performance I can think of is usually related to a bottleneck during the read/decoding/render process, skipping frames happens when it's not possible to sync video and audio.

Card is class 10 - sony 90 mgbits ......well i  did copy the files on  all  5 phones  i  tested too internal storage too  and tried played from  there. 

Do i have too  format sd card and put movies back in  what i  can do?

-mx player from play store

-ac3 custom codec from  mx player download site. (this is verified for last two  years  on  few devices and its not problem  with  thoes programs.

Hi @Dreadish  I have my XZ forest blue till January. I have the same problem from the first day. When i record, scene stutters. When i view that video, stutters again. I did software repair. It fixed for a while, now i have the same problem.

@Dreadish first I want you to use the same SD card on different phones to see if the video stutters, if they do stutter using the same SD on different phones, then you can try to copy videos in your computer and then trying to format the SD card and copy the videos back on it.

I actually copied the movies FROM PC too internal  storage of the phone also. (same movies that are on  sd card, i just have them on pc too.)  Formatted sd card 3 days ago already.

I just tested the movies again on  midrange device Samsung j7,  and also Xperia Xa,  and J5. Movies play perfectly there either from  sd card or internal. They pplay smooth under all conditions in  player settigns (hw , sw or hw+ decoding).

Is there any other test  i can  perform  with numbers, wich i  didnt already,  and would show any hardware or software faults. Currently using 442, latest March update of nougat (tried older roms already too). I have strange feeling that this device is broken - but could it be? when  ALL  FIVE  XZ,s i  tested in five different shops  in  stores have same issue? ( any any other midrange phone different brands works flawlessy playback)?

Here is new atuntu fom Android 7.0 442 version (my region - Slovenia) .
Atrax"s atuntu in one of pvrevious,s posts shows his ram almost 50% higher then mine..... ????this isnt normal?
Is it just me, or the Ram is very low? or not? I tested one more device in the shop, that one has Cpu for over 10000 lover number, and ram around 8700.
And another question - is it normal that Snapdragon 820 and all other strong hardware wich this phone "suppose" too have, ARENT playing full framerate when performing 3d tests ??
I tried Asfalt Airborne 8, also stutters , "forced Gpu improved a little but still frames werent smooth", so games also stutter mostly.
Also here is specs from CPUZ.....

one of the users CPu-z shows  2773 MB RAM , and mine is 2757 MB. Sony please can u explain?

Please sony  support, im a fan user of Sony for years now (i had z1,z3, z3c , X and now XZ) and  first time im  really disapointed for the first 10  days that  i have phone, i  cant solve thisproblem. If i  would knew if this is a software problem ok, ill  wait for the unpdate, but if not (suspision  shows Ram numbers), then its factory fault,  so please i need you too know,  otherwise  i  will have too  move on away from Sony and rever too other brands if my disapointment continus.

Any information about revison  problems? or different ram modules in units??
