Performance drop when charge is less than %5

The phone starts to freeze when the charge is less than five percent. I can't use camera, I don't know If this is normal, and 30Fps game drop to 0-1 even the sounds are weird, I'm sure this is not normal. Everything goes back to normal when the charge reaches 6. What should I do?

I've seen the same issue with my Xperia XZ, I'll escalate this.
