Lost sound XZ1 compact - Sorted!!

Hi some notifications came up FB, Pintrest etc then all sound disappeared.

Tried turning up volume, Restart, different App (books and music) nothing.

Checked in settings. Ring tone is all I can get to play. Any ideas please?  

OK I just realised that my cordless headphones in another room were still connected! Dumbo!
