Javascript

Having problems with javascript. I'm using Chrome browser and java is enabled in settings and works ok but when a link opens a central page it says I need javascript turning on. My only option on this page is to close it, as nothing else is clickable. Anyone help please?

I am experiencing the exact same issue and my javascript is enabled as well through the chrome browser but still doesn't work.
