Have a line blinking when watch video or photo

Someone can give suggestion about this phenomeno when watch video by sony video player or youtube, there is a line blinking on LCD. This also occur when you open photo by sony photo viewer.

Does it happen with all photos and videos on all applications?

Can you test if it happens in safe mode?

I have had exactly same issue with my XZ Premium, sent it on warranty and it was replaced. 
It looks like first examples of device had this manufacturing issue that was either resolved later in the production process or fixed with software update. 

You will find more similar issues reported at the very beginning of XZ Premium lifecycle. 
Do you know when your device was produced? What is the software version you are running? 

I suggest to use warranty support to get your device inspected.
