After putting my xperia xz on the usb charger it goes down.

I bought the xz theusday and every time I put it on the charger the Phone gets off. I need to do a hard reset to get my Phone work again. Who can help me?

@Vincent4 if after buying the phone you received multiple software updates, I'll try 1st of all to reboot the phone in safe mode. If also in Safe Mode you have the same issue, try to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. If also after a Software Repair you still have the same issue then it's for sure an hardware issue and it will be time to contact your Local support.

I did all of that and it didnt work. Going back to the shop.
