sony FAIL on software why

I am really trying to like my new phone but every time i try to do something it just wont work

sync with the sony site  only copys over the names of my contacts I add photos to the contacts they dont sync to the phone either.

whats the point of giving me software that wont work can anyone help here  ?

everyone own this phone X10 is waiting  for v 2.1 firmware when the rest of the andriod population a running 2.2

something i doubt the x10 will ever see

really never bought a new product with so many problems and honestly its really annoying.

In my opinion, all phones, not only sony ericsson, have their negative points. All sony can do is try to enhance the software in future releases and future models. I also have my dislikes with the X10 mini, but hey, I guess all I can do is wait and see what software updates have in store for me, but other than that I really love the technological advancements that sony has made since my first sony phone, the K750i

I agree that all smartphones have bugs but there is a point were it becomes more than just a few bugs my x10 mini is a prime example of this

what is happening with the x10 isnt just a few bugs its a total fail from Sony and a Fail they don't seem to be interested in fixing

I think they are banking on the 2.1 verson of firmware to fix all but again the nature of software is this could even make the problem worse by bringing new bugs

even if it fixes everything its already out dated lots of apps in the market may not work with it the same as now with 1.6

but despite the problems with the firmware at the very least things like bluetooth and sync on there own site should work they should make sure of this

more so with a new update coming (people are advised to back up first before the update )

if all the other manufactuers can manage to bring out updates and fix bugs why can't a megahuge companny like Sony?

I guess all we can do is hope that these bugs are fixed
