Problems with microphone

Hello, i have a problem with the microphone of my Xperia M4aqua. It becomes failed few days ago. I can hear Everybody but nobody can hear me. I desactivated all the functions to improve the voice. I traid to use in secure mode but It the secure mode never appear. I dont know what to do.

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test microphone > does it work ?

Hello,

I have my Sony Xperia M4 Aqua Dual (Android 6.0.1 / Build 26.3.B.1.33) since a year and I have never encountered a problem until then.
But for a few days, I have a problem with my microphone.

I explain my problem, when I pass or receive a call, my correspondent doesn't hear me.
If a active the loud speaker, then my correspondent hear me but just after, if I disable it, my correspondent doesn't hear me once again.
The problem is just with the microphone of the phone because when I connect my handsfree kit, no problem.

I searched on the internet for similar problem and I see that is current problem.

So, I tried many solutions like :

• call *#*#7378423#*#* to test composant (result : 2 microphones works fine) ;
• repair software with sony companion (i have now the last build but still the same problem) ;
• activate / desactivate the OK Google function (no change).

But nothing has changed after trying the above solutions.

Do you have a solution that worked for you?

Unless the only solution is to return the phone for repair but it bothers me because it doesn't seem to be a hardware issue...

Hi everyone.

A few days ago I was update from 5.0 to 6.0.1 android firmware, but since update I have problems with microphone. When I take both incoming or outcoming calls started, people cannot hear me. 

I reset to a factory settings directly by the phone and using Sony Xperia Companion but problem still remains.

Also, I´ve been performed test diagnostics and safe mode and the result is that it cannot pass the test.

I´ve just canceling supression noise and clear audio settings, but microphone starts to operate as well for a couple of minutes, then mute again.

This isuse begun since update my phone to 6.0.1.

Does anybody has this issue too? Any solving for this?
