Hello there i have a f100i ( Jalou ) and have been sent a mms but when i try and view it, It comes up with download failed

Has something been set wrong on my phone or might there be another reason?

Can you please help me with this. its rather frustrating

Check that you have the correct MMS settings for your carrier.Otherwise, run the SE update service on your phone.
