hi guys can someone please help bought w980 phone 16 months ago at csrphone warehouse paid 150 for it in 1st 3months fone totally crashed lost everything fotos, media, contacts, everything would not replace although i asked them to do so.  Was sent to be repaired came back outside covered scratched key board sunk shop assistant pretty rude when i pointed these things out.  Now same problem told it was due to applications on fone but they will not replace any help greatly appreicated thanks wendy.

Contact SE and arrange to have it repaired directly with them, explaining in detail your bad experience with cw.Your phone is still under the 2-year manufacturer's warranty, so if cw only gave you a year's warranty, it makes sense to deal with SE directly anyway.
