K770i Camera Problem

Hi,

when open my K770i camera "lens cover" the camera work but every few seconds or minutes return automatic to phone desktop then return alone to camera without press any key.

knowing that the problem is new one and i remove the memory card & check it, it give the same problem.

Try updating the phone using Sony Ericsson Update Service and remember to backup your files etc as this will be erased during the update.

i try update using Sony Ericsson Update Service but it give me that my update is the latest update knowing that i don't update it before.

Ok well download se pc suite and try the repair option which will do basically the same thing.

i download se pc suite 6 and make repair to the phone but still the same problem

Hi billoo,

I'm sorry hear about your issues with your K770i.

If you cannot perform a update and the repair does not help I suggest you contact your retailer to have your phone sent to a repair center.
