Issue browsing web or using web apps on wifi with w995a

I'm having Issue browsing web or using web apps on wifi with w995a

The following settings have been config'd:

-flight mode on to stop default search on mobile network

-network sharing turned on, because i saw it on another thread, not cuz i think it will change anything but it couldnt hurt

-Intnernet settings; have created bogus account using PS DATA method, however im unsure what this is; yes 4allow local connection; have also tried this using default connection method.

-streaming settings; on default planet 3; yes for local connections

-SIP settings; unsure, left as default., is it worth putting router gateway proxy server?

-wifi settings open ntw, full bars strength, have tried using router gwty in the dns settings with no joy

I brag about how much better the w995 is then then iphone 3 & below, but now with all the frakn effort ive put into trying to set this baby up...im starting to wonder.

im inclined to think this is a conflict issue between network settings & wifi, along with the web apps msgr & facebook not being compatible with wifi use, rather then an internet settings issue, as all the other iphone users & andriod users here are rubbing in how easy it is on there phone.

Please DrChris any pointers?

First run the SE update service on your phone via PC.Then, use your own mobile data account settings for the Connect to setting under both Internet & Streaming settings and Allow local conn. set to Yes for both.Don't bother with SIP settings and use it in normal, not flight mode.Network sharing allows the PC you're connected to over wifi to read your files, so that's up to you.
