I Need Help with W518a

I cannot get the phone to connect by USB cable to my PC with Windows 7. Where can I find instructions and help?

Are you trying to connect to PC suite in Phone/PC mode or simply to your PC in File transfer/Mass storage mode? Have you checked the security of the USB connections? Does the phone charge through the USB connection?
