I have had a Vivaz mobile phone since April this year. Can some help me? why does it keep freezing, can't recieve or send text messages, keeps going into flight mode and saying insert sim card and the only way too stop it is by removing the battery it happens at least once a day it is driving me mad. I have taken it back to my vodaphone and they have updated it all and it is still the same. On speaking to several other people with this phone thay are having the same problem, Poeple I have spoken too have actually had thier mobile phone sent for repair and it still comes back the same.. Please help.
