Got problem with back side and battery

The battery dangles. I guess 1mm from left to right. So the back side too.

how to fix it?

Can you explain a little more clearly.. does the battery not fit properly into the battery slot?

Or does the back cover not fit on correctly therefore allowing the battery to move in its mounting?  Did you have the kit that has alternative backs in the box, and if so are all the same.  If you only have the one cover check the little plastic tabs around the back case to ensure that one of them hasn't got twisted/bent out of shape so its then not able to sit down in its slots properly.

Yes, it does not fit slot properly. I can move it in right direction for 1mm.

For back cover: I've got 2 panels.

First is problematic. It dagles, so when I push any button. I've got a feeling like my finger falls inside. Second is normal.

Plastic tabs are ok.

Just taking mine apart to investigate... I'll be back in a bit!

Edit:

There is slight side to side play on my battery as you say about 1mm but the up and down fit seems very solid in comparison.

As far as the battery cover goes, there is a tiny amount of give at the back on bottom of the phone but nothing major. It fits tightly and the buttons feel pretty snug too.
