Erricson W910i headset

Ok so the headset that comes with the phone is incredibly quiet. What I mean is when I go to listen to music on full vol you can just hear it. When I use the radio I get no sound at all, though if I press use speakers it works fine. Its not the headphones because I've tried plugging another pair into it and I get the same result. Please help me

First try running the SE Update service via PC--select to reinstall the software if you already have the latest version.
