Download Problem

Hi, i have a download problem in my X10 mini pro, when i trieed to download any file with any size, i got an error "cannot finish download.there is not enough space." but i have a 1,4 gb free in my SD card and 600 mb free in the phone memory, and the downloded file is 1 mb or less. can anyone help ASAP.

Hi..

PLease check the amount of memory free in your mobile.

Settings -> SD Card, Usb mass storage -> Available free space.

I checked it, and i have more then 1 GB (1.14GB), what do you think about this?

How about transferring few files/images from PC to phone or taking few pics/videos from mobile camera, just to see if they too fail because of memory.

May be you are facing issues in downloading only (from Internet).

(for me I cannot download apps from Market but can do so from other place, dont know why).

Make sure that SD card is inserted properly. Plug to a PC and see whether SD card is detected and is not in readonly mode.

Market problem is a frequent issue these days. A probable reason for this is a faulty update of the market application. Please go to Settings> Applications> Manage Applications and select Android Market and click on uninstall updates. This may help you in resolving the issue. Ignore if you have tried it before.

thank you all, i checked the market space update and i have the version 1000, but i cannot remove updates from uplications manager, amnd aboutn the files problem, yes the problem is only in the download because i can send files from my pc to the phone, also i checked the 'enable unknown sources download' but i still have the same download problem, do you have any other suggestions? thank you all anyway.

If you have tried all these and nothing helped, go for a software repair using SEUS. Make sure that you make a backup of everything before going for a repair. All contacts, applications etc. are lost during repair. The repair does not affect SD card and SIM data.

ok 10x, but i don't know to do this repair , and is there any other method to do this without losing my files and contacts?
