Camara Problem

I have purchased Xperia X8 yesterday and was trying to use camara and I could not use zoomin can anybody help me to solve my problem.

Well actually. i do not think that the camera allows for zooming

ANDROID 1.6 DOES NOT HAVE DIGITAL ZOOM OR SO CALLED ZOOM FUNCTION.

BUT AT THE END OF THE YEAR XPERIA X8 WILL BE UPGRADED TO ANDROID 2.1 AND IT WILL HAVE MANY NEW FEATURES.

1.  IMPROVED CAMERA FUNCTIONS AND YES WITH DIGITAL ZOOM

2. NEW WEB KIT BROWSER AND MANY MORE.

MAKE SURE YOU UPGRADE TO ANDROID 2.1 WHEN AVAILABLE 🙂

Our Gorgeous Xperia is not having Zoooooom

The camera has no zoom either inthe static pic and video aswell. but once taken, yu cn zoom in and can same after cropping the picture. though the pixels get diluted but not bad either.

also yu can make a choice of the picture either for profile or messaging. zoomin on msg pic format  will make things poor during crop funciton

mine is 2 weeks old. jus learning the features.
