Have you tried using the repair option using SE PC Companion or updating the phone using Sony Ericsson Update Service?

Try the update service first its easiest. Download the program from here http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/download/1/110/61/1283758423/Update_Service_Setup-2.10.9.13.exe and once setup select your phone model and follow the onscreen instructions as they are fairly straight forward.

you are using  a SIM which only allows you to call a local number. If you are using  a prepaid card, check the pre-condional rule for the usage of the SIM.

Even if I call any local number or any international number its not working...

I have checked with both prepaid or postpaid sim then also its not working.

Any other suggestions will be really helpful.

I think it might be an issue with the phone...but dont know what issue is this.

Hi sreejith.sreekumar1984,

I'm sorry to read about your issues.

If you have tried to run Update Service and also have tested your phone withother sim cards there's not that much more you can do on your own.

I suggest you contact your retailer to have your phone sent to a repair center.
