C905 problem (keypad & music player)

I have a C905 and have kept it in very good condition and always keep it safe.

Lately it has been playing up... Keys 0, 4 & 6 seem to not work now and then. "Continue playback through speakers" seems to randomly pop up alot without me touching any keys, but also the keys 4 & 6 seem to be replaced with "Continue playback through speakers" option as well as "left" on the pad.

I have taken the battery out for 10 minutes and put back in... same problem

I have even done a update/restore via Sony's "Update Service" which totally wiped everything (contacts, pics, games I paid for, which I expected) and STILL the same problem.

Please help me in what I should do as I don't wish to purchase a new phone.

Try phone repair via PC suite and/or a master reset.

I appreciate your fast reply, but unfortunately I have tried both and I still get the same problem I think its my phones time to go :smileysad:. I shall try Carphone Warehouse and see if they can help as a last resort
