backup in the file manager is a very gud option to backup all like msg,contacts,settings,etc.. in memory card and this backup option is use when u restore factory settings.. the saved backup settings ll be installed after a restart...

As i understand you save all your contacts messages and files of your phone to your phone card.Im I correct?
