Will the Sony Ericsson Aspen's OS Window Mobile 6.5 be upgradable to the new version Window Mobile 7?

my sony ericsson aspen is not switching ON do not know what the hell issue is this am frustated with this mobile,your loosing your brand reputation because of making such useless phones.
