Voicemail no credit

I am on a monthly payment plan with unlimited calls and texts yet when I try to access my voicemail I get an automated voice response that I cannot make the call cos I have no credit. I can. Call other numbers. Why is this happening pls?

Sorry to hear about this, unfortunately though this is not something we will be able to assist with. 

I would suggest contacting your service provider, they will be able to advise why you are having this problem and should also be able to resolve it for you
